Vendor terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026. These terms apply between Revial Labs Ltd (company number 17254123, trading as PeptideCheck, “we”) and any business that registers a store on peptidecheck.co.uk (“you”, “the vendor”). By ticking the acceptance box on the registration form, or by keeping your listing live after we publish a change, you agree to them.

1. Who can list

  • You are a UK-based business shipping to UK addresses, pricing in pounds sterling inclusive of any VAT you charge.
  • You sell the listed products strictly as research chemicals for laboratory use and your own site says so clearly.
  • You give us your legal company name and, where you have one, your company number, and keep your contact details current.
  • We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including where we believe products are unsafe, mislabelled or marketed for human consumption.

2. Your data feed

You install our free PeptideCheck Connect plugin (or an equivalent integration we approve) so that your product names, prices, stock status, delivery terms and discount code terms are sent to us automatically. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your store sends. We display what we receive; we never type prices in by hand and we may hide listings we cannot map confidently to a compound and amount. The price at your checkout is final and you must honour it for buyers we send.

3. Commission

You pay a flat commission of 10% of the net value (after refunds, excluding VAT and shipping) of each qualifying order. Every vendor pays the same rate; there is no premium tier and nothing you pay changes your position or score.

An order qualifies only if all of the following are true: (a) the buyer reached your store through a PeptideCheck link carrying a tracking ID within the previous 30 days, or used your PeptideCheck discount code; (b) the buyer has no earlier paid order at your store under the same email address or customer account, as checked by the plugin against your own order history; and (c) the order is paid and not subsequently refunded or cancelled in full. Visitors who leave your site for PeptideCheck and return directly are sent back without a tracking ID and never qualify.

Your plugin reports qualifying and non-qualifying orders to us automatically; you must not disable, filter or alter that reporting. Your portal shows every reported order and what you owe in real time. We issue a statement at the end of each calendar month; payment is due within 14 days of the statement by bank transfer. Statements under £10 roll over to the next month. Late balances may lead to your listing being paused.

4. Discount codes

You may publish one discount code for PeptideCheck visitors, either by setting a percentage in your portal (we then create the coupon PEPTIDECHECK<number> in your store through the plugin) or by nominating an existing WooCommerce coupon. We read the coupon’s real terms from your store and rank you on the discounted price. You must honour the code at checkout while it is shown on PeptideCheck.

5. Blind testing and published results

You accept that PeptideCheck may buy your products as an ordinary customer, under a name you do not know, at the public price, and send them to Janoshik Analytical or another independent laboratory for identity, purity and quantity analysis. You cannot request, pay for, influence or opt out of a test. We publish every result, pass or fail, with the laboratory report, on your vendor page and the relevant compound pages, and it feeds your trust score as described on our methodology page. A failed test reduces your score and may lead to your listing being paused or removed.

6. Certificates of analysis

You may publish certificates of analysis through your portal. You warrant that each certificate is genuine, relates to the batch and product you say it does, and was issued by the laboratory named. We verify certificates against the laboratory’s own website where possible and remove any we cannot verify. Submitting a falsified or misattributed certificate is grounds for immediate removal.

7. Trust score and ranking

Your trust score and your position in comparison tables are computed by the rules published on our methodology page, which we may update. They cannot be bought, negotiated or guaranteed. We never charge for placement, badges or featured positions inside ranked tables.

8. Your conduct

  • Do not generate clicks or orders through PeptideCheck yourself, or ask others to, in order to distort statistics.
  • Do not describe PeptideCheck results, badges or scores in your own marketing in a way that is misleading or implies endorsement beyond what we publish.
  • Do not interfere with the plugin’s reporting or send us false data.

9. Pausing, ending and changes

You may pause or remove your listing at any time by emailing us; commission remains payable on qualifying orders placed before removal. We may pause or remove your listing at any time, with notice where practical, and immediately where we believe these terms have been broken. We may change these terms by publishing the new version here and emailing your registered contact; changes take effect 14 days later unless you remove your listing first.

10. Liability

PeptideCheck is a comparison and information service. We are not party to any sale between you and a buyer, and we do not warrant the volume of traffic or sales you will receive. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the commission you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable the rest still applies. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
